confirmation of tour a 50% of the tour value to be collected

50% of the tour value to be credited to IVORY HOLIDAYS account 7 days prior to
the tour commencement date

instant tours full amount to be collected in advance
CANCELLATION
POLICY
1 Until 30 days before commencement of the tour Booking fee of Rs 1000/-
will be charged
2 From 21 to
15 days before commencement of tour 50% of the tour value will be retained but
to a minimum of Rs 1000/-
3 From 14 to
08 days before commencement of tour 60% of the tour value will be retained but
to a minimum of Rs 1000/-
4 From 07 to
03 days before commencement of tour 75% of the tour value will be retained but
to a minimum of Rs 1000/-
5 02 days
before commencement of the tour No refund
6 In all
prescribed peak season: any cancellation after booking No refund
